Us & Hemp is a start-up. The LLC was founded with the pure intention to design and present products to consumers which utilize Hemp Plastic. In general, consumers have a lack of sustainable product choices. Our mission is to create awareness of alternative materials and to help make them readily available in everyday products.

Hemp Plastic is produced by mixing hemp fibers with polymer resin. By doing so, the total amount of plastic used is reduced by 25%.

Hemp is inherently a great engineering material. It is strong and lightweight, which enables the fibers to be used in many applications.

The hemp growth cycle is quick. This allows for multiple maturity cycles per year and multiple harvests per year; it is sustainable.

Hemp is proven to pull more CO² out of the air than trees or other commercial crops in the same given grow area.

So, incorporating a sustainable material into plastic, which pulls vast amounts of CO² from the air, all while reducing the amount of plastic by 25%…. well, that is the beauty.

Absolutely not.

Us & Hemp is taking other issues head on, and the checklist we have started is something we are truly proud of.

• 100% USA Manufactured – and do not let anyone fool you, it is not that difficult to accomplish, IF, that is a goal. Could it potentially be easier or at a lower cost to produce products outside the US? Definitely. But there lies the issue, why not produce it in the US? • Support USA Farmers – If you have never met a farmer, you should. They are tough as nails, just like every farmer that grows the hemp that is used in our products. Every piece of hemp used in the Hemp Plastic was grown and processed in the USA. When you look at the Hemp Plastic, you can see the hemp mixed in; there was love put into growing that, picking that and processing that, and who knows – that person could be right down the road.
• Cultivate Us Program – We believe that being truly successful is not complete without also paying it forward. A portion from every sale will be used to fund our Cultivate Us Program.
